GUIDE

User guide

How to use each screen of AIZNOH. The app is shown in English when your browser is set to English; the Japanese label is shown next to each button for those using the Japanese screens. The pictures are illustrations.

1What AIZNOH does

AIZNOH is a place to keep what you want remembered. Once something is saved, any AI you connect — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and others — can recall it. You no longer have to explain the same things again every time you switch AIs.

The AIZNOH app opens in English when your browser is set to English, and you can switch the language anytime in Settings (「設定」 → 言語 / Language). This guide shows the English label of each button, with the Japanese label for the Japanese screens, like 「記憶」 (Memories).

Five screens

  • Notes (ノート): write meeting minutes and memos, then turn the key points into memories
  • Memory assistant (記憶アシスタント): a chat where you save and recall memories by talking. Open it from Assistant in the top menu
  • Tasks (タスク): your to-do list, nearest due date first
  • Memories (記憶): everything you have saved. Search, edit and delete here
  • Dashboard (ダッシュボード): counts of your memories and which AI they came from

Settings (設定) opens from the gear icon at the top right.

Getting started

  1. Sign in with your Google account
  2. Tell the memory assistant something you want remembered
  3. Connect the AI apps you use every day (see Connect your AI apps)

For pricing and the free trial, see the home page.

2Memory assistant

A chat with the AI built into AIZNOH (open it from Assistant in the top menu). Talk to it to save memories, and ask it later to recall them.

Tap the image to enlarge

Memory assistant: you say remember this, it saves the memory, and later answers from it

Save by talking

Write what you want remembered in your own words. The assistant asks whether to save it as a memory; answer yes and it is saved. If you say “remember this” explicitly, it saves without asking.

Recall

Ask something like “When is our weekly meeting?” and it looks for memories close in meaning and answers from them. It works even when your wording differs from when you saved it.

Import a file

Press the 「ファイル」 (File) button, or drag and drop onto the input box, to import a .txt or .md file as one memory.

Voice input

Press the 「音声」 (Voice) button and speak; your words are typed into the box.

English works

Talk in English and it replies in English. Memories and tags stay in the language you write in.

3Memories

The list of everything you have saved. Memories from every connected AI gather here.

Tap the image to enlarge

Memories: search by meaning, and when you edit a memory the old one stays marked Replaced

Each card shows the text, tags, where it came from (the AIZNOH assistant, Claude and so on) and when.

Search

  • Type in the box at the top to narrow down to memories containing those words
  • Press Enter or 「意味で探す」 (Search by meaning) to find memories close in meaning, even with different wording

Filter by tag

Press a tag to show only memories with that tag. Tags are sorted by how many memories use them, and you can search tag names too.

Add and edit

  • Add a memory by hand from 「+ 記憶を追加する」 (Add a memory)
  • If a similar memory already exists, you are told before saving and can choose 「旧を置き換える」 (Replace the old one), 「1件にまとめる」 (Merge into one) or 「別の記憶として追加」 (Add as a separate memory)
  • Press 「編集」 (Edit) on a card to change its text or tags

Deactivate vs. delete

  • 「無効化」 (Deactivate): it no longer appears in searches or when AI recalls. The record stays and you can restore it later
  • 「削除」 (Delete): removes it completely. This cannot be undone

When in doubt, choose Deactivate.

See replaced memories

Check 「置き換えた記憶も表示する」 (Show replaced memories) at the bottom to also list older memories that were replaced or merged. Their text is kept, but they are not used for search or recall.

4Notes

A place to write meeting minutes and memos. Afterwards you can turn the key points into memories. The note itself stays as the original, so nothing is lost when you make memories from it.

Tap the image to enlarge

Notes: extract key points from meeting minutes, select them and save them as memories

Write

  • What you type is saved automatically (「保存しました」 (Saved) appears at the top right)
  • The toolbar adds headings, bullets, numbering, to-dos, bold and strikethrough
  • 「プレビュー表示」 (Preview) shows the formatted result
  • Press 「音声」 (Voice) to dictate

Turn a note into memories (two ways)

From 「記憶にする」 (Save as memories) below the note, AI reads the note and suggests memories. You can edit the suggestions or uncheck them before saving.

  • 「要点を項目ごとに出す」 (Extract key points): for minutes and memos with several decisions
  • 「全体を1件にまとめる」 (Summarize into one): for articles, documents and reports about one topic

Check 「記憶のとき項目番号も残す」 (Keep item numbers) to keep 1. 2. 3. numbering in the memories.

When a similar memory exists

If a very similar memory already exists, that suggestion is held before saving and shown side by side with it. Choose one of three; if you choose nothing, it is not saved (which is fine if the same content already exists).

  • 「別の記憶として追加」 (Add as a separate memory): when the content is different, such as a record from another day
  • 「この記憶と置き換える」 (Replace this memory): when it is an update of the same thing. The old one is kept as replaced
  • 「この記憶とまとめる」 (Merge with this memory): to keep both. AI merges them into one

After saving

The 「記憶にする」 box shows when you last saved memories from this note and how many — so you do not save the same note twice.

Note list

Notes you have saved memories from get a badge like “Saved 2026/09/29 · 3 memories” (「記憶済 2026/09/29・3件」 on the Japanese screen). The date is the last time you saved, and the count is how many memories from that note are still in use (replaced ones are not counted).

You can search notes by words, and delete several at once with 「選んで削除」 (Select and delete).

5Tasks

Your list of things to do. Connected AIs such as Claude and ChatGPT can add and complete tasks too.

Tap the image to enlarge

Tasks: to-dos by group with due dates, and any connected AI can list them

Add

  • Group (optional): a name for a set of tasks. It stays filled in when you add several in a row
  • Task: what to do
  • Details (optional): steps, background, notes
  • Start and due (optional): a date, and a time if needed

The list

  • Tasks due soonest come first. Overdue tasks are shown in red
  • When you have two or more groups, buttons to filter by group appear at the top
  • Only open tasks are shown by default. Check 「完了・取り消しも表示する」 (Show done and cancelled) to see finished ones

Finish

  • 「完了」 (Done): when it is finished. Choose 「記憶にも残す」 (Also keep as a memory) to be able to ask later “what happened with that?” — not needed for quick errands
  • 「取り消し」 (Cancel task): when you decide not to do it
  • Finished tasks can be moved back with 「戻す」 (Restore). 「削除」 (Delete) removes a task completely and cannot be undone

6Dashboard

A summary of your memories. It shows counts only, never the text.

  • Total, added this week, tags, connected apps: how many memories you have, how many were added this week, how many tags, and how many AI apps you saved from
  • Most-remembered topics: memories per tag. Press a bar to see only that tag's memories on the Memories screen
  • Where memories came from: the share from the AIZNOH app, Claude, Cursor and others
  • Weekly pace: how many memories you added each week

Buttons at the top switch the period: 4 weeks, 12 weeks, 6 months or all time.

If the display lock is on in settings, a PIN is required to open Memories, Notes and the Dashboard.

7Connect your AI apps

AIZNOH connects to AI apps such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Google Antigravity. Once connected, you can use your AIZNOH memories and tasks in your conversations with that AI.

Tap the image to enlarge

Connect: say remember this in Claude, then ask in ChatGPT or Cursor and it recalls the same memory

What you can do once connected

  • Say “remember this” and it is saved to AIZNOH
  • Ask “what did we decide about …?” and it searches your AIZNOH memories to answer
  • Say “I need to …” and it becomes a task. You can also list tasks and mark them done

Memories from every AI go into the same AIZNOH. What you save in one AI can be recalled in another.

How to connect

In most AI apps you add a custom connector (or custom MCP server), paste the AIZNOH URL, and press 「許可する」 (Allow) on the AIZNOH screen. Step-by-step instructions for each app are on Connect your AI apps.

8Settings

Open it from the gear icon at the top right (「設定」).

  • 「プラン」 (Plan): your current plan and until when you can use it. Subscribe or cancel here
  • 「接続トークン(MCP)」 (Connection tokens): issue a key when an AI app such as Cursor needs one (Claude and ChatGPT connect without a key). A key is shown only once, when issued
  • 「アカウント」 (Account): the email address you are signed in with, and the display name shown on screen
  • 「表示ロック」 (Display lock): asks for a PIN when opening Memories, Notes and the Dashboard. The PIN is stored only in that device's browser
  • 「AIの利用状況」 (AI usage): how much of your daily AI allowance you have used, as a percentage. You can also turn automatic tagging on or off here
  • 「バックアップ」 (Backup): download all your memories and notes as a ZIP
  • 「復元(インポート)」 (Restore): restore memories and notes from a backup ZIP
  • 「アカウントの削除」 (Delete account): completely deletes all your memories, notes and your account. This cannot be undone, so save a backup first

9Troubleshooting

The memory I want does not come up

Try asking with different words. On the Memories screen, press Enter or 「意味で探す」 (Search by meaning) to find memories close in meaning even when the words do not match. Deactivated memories do not appear.

It says a similar memory exists

This check prevents saving the same thing twice. If the content is different, add it as a separate memory; if it is an update, replace; if you want to keep both, merge.

I deleted something by mistake

Deactivated memories can be restored later. Deleted memories cannot. Saving a backup (in Settings) beforehand is a good idea.
